Share Event Proof Link
Create a shareable link that shows event performance (tickets sold, revenue) for sponsors, venues, or media. No login required to view—and no buyer data is ever shown.
Where to find it
Open your event from Dashboard → Events, then click the Operations & sharing tab. The first card is Proof Link. You can create a proof link for any event (draft or published).
Create a proof link
Click Create proof link. Bolet.to generates a unique, unguessable URL (e.g. bolet.to/s/Ab3xYz...). Copy the link and share it with whoever needs to see the event summary—sponsors, venue partners, or press.
Copy and share
Use the Copy button next to the URL, then paste it into an email, Slack, or text. Anyone with the link can open it in a browser. They do not need a Bolet.to account.
View count
The card shows how many times the proof page has been viewed. Use this as a light signal that someone opened the link. You can create multiple links per event (e.g. one per sponsor) and revoke any link at any time.
Revoke a link
If you need to invalidate a proof link (e.g. you shared it by mistake or the deal fell through), click Revoke on that link. After that, anyone opening that URL will see "Link expired." Revoking does not affect other links you created for the same event.
What the proof page shows (and what it never shows)
The public proof page is read-only and sanitized so you can share it without exposing sensitive data.
Always shown
- Event name, date, and venue
- Total tickets sold
- Gross revenue (single number)
- Optional: top sellers by ticket count (name + count only)
- Optional: door scan rate (scanned vs total) if you use the scanner
Never shown
- Buyer names, emails, or phone numbers
- Commission amounts, payouts, or Stripe details
- Order IDs, ticket IDs, or dashboard links
- Your promoter account or login
